- Magius has spoken to his Gods. he has incontrovertible truth of their existence, and has felt their presence. Anyone who wishes can have their character access what it feels like to be in the presence of one of his Gods of good. Paladine, the Platinum dragon and wizard, Mishkal, the healer, and Solinari, god of good magic.
- Magius can feel magic around him and in him all the time. To a lesser extent, he can sense other power sources and other kinds of magic as well.
- Magius' greatest regret is that he never was able to save the people of Parma, a village overrun by dark dragons and goblins. He was too slow, and too arrogant, and he underestimated his foes. The shock of knowing he had failed them drove him even farther from being a normal wizard.
